Tony has worked within the Health, Recreation, and Fitness Industry for the majority of his working life. For a brief period of time, he worked in the event industry as an operations coordinator delivering music concerts and sporting events.

Tony gained his Degree and started his career in New Zealand, then moved to the UK to continue to work in the Health and Fitness space.

In his own sporting accomplishments, Tony has played international rugby for Croatia in both formats of the game (15 aside & Sevens).

He has helped coach players within the sport to improve their own physical conditioning. 

A gym can be an intimidating environment for some people and it can put them well out of their comfort zone. Tony believes it is his responsibility to make everyone feel like they belong and to ensure that clients can create a positive association with exercise and movement.

"It takes a huge amount of courage to take that first step in changing your life for the better. It is our responsibility as coaches to help clients build a strong foundation so that they can stay accountable, be consistent, and enjoy the process. We can provide you with the tools, but you have to swing the hammer!"

Lyndon has gained extensive experience within the Health and Fitness Industry and Education sector within the last 20 years. Accredited as a Personal Trainer in 2007, Lyndon has also spent the last 15 Years as a Secondary Physical Education and Maths Teacher.

Lyndon enjoys all modes of training and is well experienced in endurance events ( Half Ironman Triathlons, marathons, open water swimming), alongside a passion for strength and hypertrophy training.

He is passionate about helping others and inspired by those who seek out reaching their full potential. Health and  fitness is a way of life to Lyndon and he wants to share his knowledge and enthusiasm to all involved with M-Power Fitness.

Zoë has experience in sport and exercise from beginners to competitive standards. Being an ex- Division 1 athlete for Sacramento State University, California Women’s Rowing, Zoë knows the dedication of playing high level sport. She has also completed several half marathons, two full
marathons and a sprint triathlon. Alongside being a Personal Trainer, Zoë qualified as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor working with children and adolescents. She is highly aware of the psychosomatic – how mental health affects our physical health and vice-versa.

Sport and exercise have always been an important aspect of her life and wellbeing; she loves encouraging clients to recognise their progress and achieve their goals.
